A private sector organization working in the area of public health requires the following staff for a donor-funded TB project on a contractual basis. 1. Community Health Officers: Based in Karachi, Sukkur, Hyderabad, Naseerabad, Gwadar, Lahore, Sheikhupura, Gujrat, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Peshawar, Karak, D.I.Khan, Lakki Marwat.
Responsibilities/Specifications:
Working in the field to identify TB presumptive by conducting community awareness sessions. Visit TB DOTS private clinics & labs to ensure follow-up and treatment completion of registered TB patients along with data management.
Qualification & Experience: Graduate with good knowledge of regional languages/local territories. Prior working experience of community health projects especially in TB is preferred. Must have own motorcycle.
2. District Field Supervisors: Based in Lahore, Faisalabad.
Responsibilities/Specifications:
Supervision, monitoring, and support of district field team in day to day operations. Visit the network of collaborating doctors & labs to ensure quality. Liaison with district health authorities and stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience: Graduate, preferably BBA/MBA with good knowledge of regional languages/local territories and prior working experience of community health projects in a supervisory role, especially in TB. Must have own conveyance.
3. Data Surveillance & Monitoring Coordinator (Assistant Manager): Based in Faisalabad, Karachi.
Responsibilities/Specifications:
Supervision of field operations and monitoring of the regional network of private providers Ensuring execution of strategies by field staff according to guidelines and tracking deliverable along with the best liaison with all stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience: The ideal candidate should be a graduate and/or MBA/Master/Doctor or degree in a relevant discipline, preferably with 2-3 years of project implementation experience in health in a supervisory role. Excellent communication, report writing, and data management skills. Position requires extensive travelling across project districts.
4. Assist Manager Community Health (AMCH): Based in Bahawalpur/Rahim Yar Khan.
Responsibilities/Specifications:
Responsible for implementation of TB intervention at the regional level. Achievement of targets and execution of strategies and liaison with district/provincial TB Control authorities. Provide technical support in project execution, training and capacity building sessions. Monitor the project activities and manage administrative/financial/data aspects.
Qualification & Experience: The candidate should preferably be a Medical Graduate/MBBS/MPH/MBA or Masters in a relevant discipline. 2-3 years of operational experience is preferred Excellent communication, team management, and data management skills. Position involves extensive travelling across project districts.
5. Driver/Assistant Logistic Officers: Faisalabad & Islamabad.
Responsibilities/Specifications:
Responsible for providing logistic support to project staff. Driving across the province & maintenance of project pool vehicle.
Qualification & Experience: Ideal candidate should be preferably matriculated with good communication skills. Candidate must have a valid driving license/LTV, with min 3-4 years of driving experience, preferably with reputable organizations.
